During the first appointment, we would like to get to know you and your organization better. What do you offer, what type of customer are you looking for, and how can Barry help you further? During the intake, we introduce our best Barry to you and finalize the contract between your company and Barry.

Prospect list

We are creating a prospect list with potential customers that fall within your target audience. You just cross out where you don't want to sit at the table. Or maybe you have your own wish list, we can go in any direction. Ready to start?

Stap 3

Get started!

Barry calls your ideal potential customer with a good story. After each appointment made, you will receive a notification. This way you know exactly where you will be sitting soon. Often we call your new customer a day before the appointment takes place. This is to increase the quality of service. And to prevent an unpleasant 'no-show'.

Stap 4

Evaluation

The prospect list has been called by us and the first appointments have been visited by you. We would like to discuss the results and our joint future with you.

Stap 5

Follow-up appointment and prospect list

By the end of our agreements, we will discuss whether we have found enough customers for you. We will remain loyal to you until you have had enough of us or need to look for a new developer ;)

When can you start?

Depending on how well you know who your ideal customer is, we are often able to start making the first appointments within 2 to 4 weeks.

We already have our own sales team

Great! In this case, Barry works complementarily. We open the doors and you follow up on that. This creates a nice interaction between our Barrys and your account managers. We keep your team sharp and provide space to focus only on customers who want to know more.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Then we always start the conversation and find a suitable solution. Should we stop? That's always possible. But know what you say..

How long does Barry help us?

We always do a pilot of three months to see if we are a good fit and if we can be successful together. After that, we make Barry's Promise: a fixed number of agreements for a fixed amount per month. Terminable every three months.

You don't know my company or my proposition at all?

Correct! And that's what makes us so powerful. We make sure the door is open for you at a company where YOU want to be at the table. A potential customer where otherwise your competitor is at the table. All our Barry's bring knowledge of the SME and are familiar with the pains of entrepreneurs that you solve with your software!

Do you also work for my competitor?

Our people will not work for a competitor of yours within the industry you have chosen. This is also well guarded by us. Your prospects are and will remain those of your organization.

Do you need access to my CRM system or customer data?

No. Rather not. We come with a selection of potential customers in a target group chosen by you, you only indicate where you do not want to sit at the table.

What happens after our collaboration?

We are happy to help you with a plan for the follow-up of the potential customers we have called. Do you already use a CRM system? How do you follow up on leads? We are happy to contribute to making optimal use of the channels you already operate both online and offline.
